Aaron Mesa, 27, a Latino man, was shot to death while sitting in his car at 226 S. Bandy Ave. in West Covina about 11:40 p.m. Friday, Feb. 8.
Officers with the West Covina Police Department responded to reports of gunfire. Upon arrival, officers discovered Mesa's body. He had been shot multiple times, said West Covina Police Lt. Marcos Plebani.
