Died May 8, 2010 at 3:26 a.m.
Alejandro Gutierrez, a 19-year-old Latino, was fatally shot Saturday, May 8, in the 600 block of Del Rosa Place in Pomona, according to Los Angeles County coroner's records.
Police responded to a report of gunfire and found Gutierrez lying in the courtyard of an apartment building about 2:42 a.m., said Sgt. Rick Baker of the Pomona Police Department.
Gutierrez was taken to Pomona Valley Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 3:26 a.m., according to coroner's records.
Investigators do not have any leads on a suspect at this time.
