Alfonso Arzola, a 30-year-old Latino man, was shot multiple times at 2950 Fifth Ave. in Jefferson Park Tuesday, Feb. 12. According to a coroner's report, his time of death was listed as 12:20 a.m.
Arzola worked as a security guard at the Hacienda Hotel in El Segundo. He was popular among staff and would find ways to help in any way he could, said Phil White, vice president and assistant general manager. "We are sorely going to miss him," he said.
