Alipio Ruiz, an 18-year-old Latino man, was shot in the face and mortally wounded at 140 East Avenue Q-4 in Palmdale about 11:25 a.m. Monday, March 24.
Ruiz was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 12:02 p.m. Los Angeles County sheriff's homicide detectives are investigating.

well this was my boy man me and him were really close and who ever shot my bro deseves to get killed man i hate it cuz me and him were really good friends and i lost him becuse it was the wrong person they tried to shoot man i jus him to no that i loved him like if he was my brother but now i guess may he rest in pease love that fu wit all m heart
