Andrew Santistevan, 20, a Latino young man, was shot dead and three other people were left in critical condition after a shooting at a party at 9632 Rex Road in Pico Rivera shortly after midnight Saturday, May 20. He died at the scene at 12:42 a.m.
The other victims, two young Latino men and a Latina woman in her early 20s, were at two local hospitals with trauma centers. Sheriff's investigators said members of rival gangs found themselves at a party together, and a shootout erupted.
