Andrez Burgueno, a 24-year-old Latino, was shot and killed Saturday, May 22, in the 4400 block of West 102nd Street in Inglewood, according to Los Angeles County coroner's records.
Lennox Sheriff deputies responded to a "gunshot victim" call about 8:33 p.m., according to sheriff press release.
Authorities learned Burgueno, a resident of the area, was taken to a hospital by a family member. He later died from his injuries at 9:20 p.m., according to coroner's records.
Anyone with information about the death of Andrew Burgueno is asked to contact Sgt. Bill Marsh at the Sheriff's Homicide Bureau at (323) 890-5500.

I knew Andy since he was a little boy and it is diffucult to imagine that we will no longer see him walking down our block. I know first hand the pain and grief that a family goes through and I feel for your family. To the family, stay strong.

i saw andy like 3 weeks ago with my boy EXPO.man i used to hang out with andy on a daliy back then.i will always remember his funny laugh...love u homie...

Andy was my brother. It is a shame that he was taken from us so soon, he is now watching over us. He will be missed.....

i did not know andy but i lost my niece so i know how it feels to loose someone you love. try to be strong and sorry for your loss i will keep you in my prayers and may god bless your family
