Bobby Jones, a 28-year-old black man, was shot and killed Friday, March 4, in the 4100 block of Palmwood Drive in Baldwin Hills/Crenshaw, according to Los Angeles County coroner's records.
Jones got into a verbal dispute with another person and was shot in the chest, coroner's officials said.
The victim was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles where he died from his injuries at 4:31 p.m.
