Brandon Lee, a 19-year-old black man, was shot in a drive-by shooting at 520 Almond Ave. in Monrovia about 7:15 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 29. Lee was standing outside when a green GM model car drove up and someone inside began shooting. He was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Times story.
