Bryan Romo, 14

Bryan Romo, 14, a Latino youth, was fatally shot in the 1400 block of East Puente Avenue in West Covina about 11:25 p.m. Friday, June 27.

According to the West Covina Police Department, officers responding to a shots-fired call found Romo lying on the front lawn of a home with multiple gunshot wounds. Paramedics pronounced Romo dead at the scene. Police said Romo had left a house party after a fight broke out. He was only a few houses away when he was shot.
