Carlos Gonzales, 18

Carlos Edward Gonzales, 18, a Latino man, was shot in the torso, arm and leg on Oak Avenue north of Mission Boulevard in Pomona, and died at 10:37 a.m. Tuesday, March 20.

Gonzales was in an SUV with two workmates. The men were taking a break from their jobs at a construction site when a gunman on foot opened fire, shattering the windshield and striking all three, one fatally.
