Carlos Hernandez, 26, a Latino man, was struck in the mouth and shot at Marlborough Avenue and East 67th Street in Inglewood and died at 11:13 p.m. March 3.
Update: Inglewood detectives said they arrested a Latino suspect.

Today Carlos would have been 31!! Still indeniel that someone took his life for no reason. Glad to inform that justice was served thanks to Inglewood PD.
