Carlos Tejeda, a 28-year-old Latino, was fatally shot Friday, April 8, in the 3900 block of Tampico Street in El Sereno, according to Los Angeles County coroner's records.
Residents in the area heard an argument followed by gunshots about 11 p.m. and found Tejeda shot outside, said Ed Winter, spokesman for the coroner's office.
Authorities were called and the victim was pronounced dead at 11:10 p.m. Winter had no other information about the killing.

We really need to come together as a community n help find justice....in behalf of his family I beg u or anybody that may know a thing or two please come fwd with any information.. Carlos was 1 of 4 kids.. he was the second oldest brother followed by two sisters... he was a humble person n always was willing to help out anyone. He leaves behind a unborn baby boy. With that said please help us find who murdered our loved 1...

Hope someone can find it in there heart to come fwd with any type of information regarding my brother's unsolved murder so our family can have justice n closure.. wasn't a gang related crime like it said!! Not even a gang member! Coco you will nvr be forgotten I love n miss you fatass -
