Cesar Diaz, a 15-year-old Latino, was killed and a 16-year-old youth was wounded Monday, March 8, in the 11200 block of Dronfield Avenue in Pacoima, according to Los Angeles County coroner's records.
The two youths were riding their bicycles about 7:15 p.m., when a car pulled up along side them, the Los Angeles Police Department said.
Someone in the vehicle asked, "Where are you from?" and then opened fire, Officer Karen Rayner said.
Diaz was pronounced dead at a hospital, Rayner said, and the other victim remains in stable condition.

R.I.P to my primo cesar..And he knows that he would always be in our hearts and his memories would be share to his youngest brothers and cousins..I had never felt the pain i felt when this happen to him he was so nice he liked to draw and say jokes to the family..

This is a tragedy! To Cesar's family, I am so sorry for the loss of a beautiful son, nephew, cousin and sweet friend. I know that your lives will no longer be the same without him but I'm praying for the peace and comforts of God to your souls in your time of grieving. The Lord is with you and will never leave you nor forsake you. God bless you.

I cant believe this. this is soooo sad! i went to school with him last year! and i saw him in february.... R.I.P i'll miss u sooooo much. you were a beautiful person inside and out , u didnt deserve this. no one does.

Mona needs a lot more help here then this young man did. Her hip up to date writting is indicitive of her education what a shameful thing for her mother to have to deal with. She should really pay more attention is school she needs as much help as she can get.

Wow, i can't believe someone would actually kill innocent people like this. I knew cesar and it sucks to know this happened to him. He was such a good person who was funny and caring. I hope the person who did this gets convicted.

i knew him since middle school..i remember the first time i saw him we was cute. we liked each other but i couldn't date. he would always give me his sweater haha.=[ once i found out i couldn't believe it i was shocked and really sad. r.i.p cesar i love you. you will always be in my heart

thats sucks that is had to happen to him. i didnt know him but the day he got shoot it was right in front of my house and me and my family were the ones the call the police and the ambulance. but we will RIP and so sorry for the lost of Cesar and for his family.
