"he dressed like a gangmember".

Well that explains a lot. If he dressed like one, then he had to be one.

That's not true at all, everybody that dresses like a gangbanger is not a gangbanger sometimes people just buy what they can afford, I know because the same thing happened to my nephew in the city of lynwood and was killed by the police, there's no such thing as dressing like a gangbanger because gangbangers are wearing everything now days, Its about how you carry yourself and the things you say and do to people not how you dress

Gangsters have a unique dress style. You have to go out of your way to dress like them.

Mr. Unknown,

One does by what one can afford but gangster style is just that gangster style. They dress a certain way and call attention to themselves. What you state is also true...how they walk and talk and present themselves is all part of the game. Unfortunatly they also get killed for walking the walk and talking the talk. If we play the game we have to be willing to pay the price.

There were plenty of people who deeply loved Cesar and cared about him much much more than words could possibly explain.....he was ONE of a kind and didnt deserve this. A few moments spent with Cesar could give you memories for a lifetime! ....Its been more than a year now and still the murderer hasnt been caught,....its painful to know that the killer is still out there free, living his life…..after taking Cesar’s life and while Cesar’s family and friends suffer this immeasurable pain…..nothing will bring him back to us, but answers help to cope…..I pray that someone, ANYONE comes forth with some answers…….

Are you serious? That 'style' got him killed! Everyone knows what kinds of things gangbangers are into. If he dressed like one, then every other gangbanger certainly thought he was one. That right there makes him a target. If he was from a poor family, there are many different ways one can dress without looking like a gangbanger. Come on now. Grow up!

I have to agree with most of the comment.
If it looks like a Duck then it's a Duck
If it looks like a Gangbanger than it's a Gangbanger.
If your going to act & dress like a gang member than people are going to take you as a Gang member. Nuff said
