Damon Barney, 32, a black man, was shot in the 800 block of W. 97th Street in South Los Angeles on Wednesday, Nov. 21, at about 11:30 p.m. and died shortly after, at 12:10 a.m. Nov. 22. He had been in the street with a group of people. There was a screaming argument, possibly over a woman, then gunshots. Police arrived and found him down, on the sidewalk. He was taken to a hospital.

Its been four years since Damom Sr.has left us and it still feels like yesterday. Its a shame that justice wasnt served in this case and that a killer can walk with no conscious. Despite the fact that life goes on and has moved on "Bam" you are truly missed and your son is 39 months & look like the both of us!!! God bless your soul..we miss you and love you!!!
