Felix Rodriguez, Daniel's stepdad, was convicted of the murder. Felix admitted the killing.

It's a shame. My sister was bestfriends with Daniel in grade school. Felix was a good man & took care of Daniel and his siblings when his mother would not step up to the plate. It is a shame that things had to end up the way the did. May God have mercy on Felix's soul.
