Daniel Correa

Daniel Correa, 28, a white man, was stabbed in a fight in the parking lot of the Blarney Cove bar in the 22000 block of Roscoe Boulevard in Northridge about 2 a.m. Saturday, March 3, and later died.

Two other men were stabbed in the fight but survived.

A woman, 43-year-old Diana Tisinger, was arrested on suspicion of stabbing one of the survivors, but police believe Correa's killer is still at large. Many people were present during the fight; few have cooperated. Police ask anyone willing to come forward to call them at (818) 832-0554.

(Correa is at left. This case was not on the coroner's list. Information is from police.)

Dear Son; As I sit here thinking of the fateful day that you were taken from us, it still hurts the same as the day we had to come to the hospital on March 3, 2007 to identify you. Son, we love you so much and not a day goes by that we do not think of you and cry or remember all the wonderful times together. I can never have you back, but I know one day we will see you again. Love you so much.

I logged on here to see what crime was in our neighborhood. I randomly came across Daniel in this research. Putting a face to these numbers is the right thing to do. Daniel was not a statistic to his mother. He was her beloved son, her baby boy. My son is just 17. I pray for his safety every day. I will now pray for Daniel's family, especially his mother, his Ma. As a mother myself, I cannot imagine losing my son and pray with all my heart I never will.

Jackie,

Poor Brad sitting in jail covicted and all. I guess just another innocent sitting in jail waiting for his time to pass. Gosh I know you might believe Brad but someone died. As a family member of someone who did the killing one might expect you to be a little more kinder but then again you are related to a killer and I guess the fruit doesn't fall far from the tree. God Bless you.

Hey Jackie, I got the appeal and he has to spend all 55 years. Now go find somewhere else to talk your crap. Remember you have children, go take care of them as my son is gone forever.

Daniel love you dearly and miss you on this very special Thanksgiving.

The court found true all the prior conviction allegations, including a strike prior, and sentenced defendant to a determinate term of 18 years and 6 months, and a consecutive indeterminate term of a total of 37 years to life.

Thus, there was no evidence that Correa provoked appellant or that appellant‟s reasoning was obscured.
DISPOSITION
The judgment is affirmed.
WOODS, Acting P. J.

See Jackie, read and weep! Let my son's memory alone. Go worry about all 55 years on how you will go see your murderous brother.

My Dear Son:

Tomorrow it will be four years since you have been taken from us and it feels like it was just today, as the pain and sorrow never leaves us. Just a post to say we love you so much and how I wish I could hug and kiss you again.

Son, tomorrow will be six years since you were taken from us. It hurts the same, only if we could hug and kiss you once again. We love and miss you dearly. Love you with all my heart.
