Danny Chan, 18, an Asian man, is the second victim of a shootout on Saturday, March 22, in Rosemead.
Chan was involved in a car-to-car shooting at Park Street and Charlotte Avenue with Jimmy Tran, also 18. Tran was shot in the head and died later that night. Chan was taken by ambulance to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead on Monday, March 24, at 8:12 p.m.
