Dante Nolen, a 41-year-old black man, was killed in a drive-by shooting on Saturday, Feb. 28, 2009, in the 1400 block of 107th Street in Watts, according to coroner's records.
Police said Nolen was killed at 1:16 a.m. Saturday after he and another man left a party.
Two men in a dark-colored car shot at Nolen and the other man while they were standing on the sidewalk, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Nolen was pronounced dead at the scene, and the other man was hospitalized in critical condition.

To my Handsome unclee i miss you dearly. Still cant get over the FACT that you are really GONE the times and laughs we had with one another will NEVER fade away from me , from the times you taking me and che to school and you cursing out che becuhs she did something she wasn't suppose to do those are all memories that i will always love and moree i love you Dante .
