Darlene Lamb, 38, a black woman, was stabbed to death inside her apartment at 15610 Nuanu Ave. in Gardena on Friday, Feb. 8.
Gardena police officers received a radio call about a woman found dead inside her apartment. Upon arrival, officers discovered Lamb had been stabbed several times in the stomach. Her time of death was listed as 10 a.m., according to a coroner's report.
A man, also a resident of the apartment, is being questioned by detectives about the incident. He was arrested on unrelated warrants, police said.

I read today in the Daily Breeze under Court Tracker that Timothy Ladell Burnett received 86 years in prison for killing Ms Lamb. The hands of justice have been served! Ms Lamb may your soul rest in peace.

Not sure, but I do know she was Belizean and one of the sweetest individuals I have ever met. Her death was a total shock and one I read here on L.A. Homicides a few years after her death. Hard to believe she is gone.
