David Banuelos, a 28-year-old Latino, was shot and killed Saturday, May 28, in the 4500 block of Santa Monica Boulevard in East Hollywood, according to Los Angeles County coroner's records.
Banuelos had been engaged in a verbal dispute with a person before he was shot several times about 1:25 a.m. outside a club, said Los Angeles Police Department Officer Sara Faden.
He was pronounced dead at the scene. Coroner's records show Banuelos was shot in the torso.
A male bystander was shot in the leg and is listed in stable condition. No suspects were taken into custody.

I'm greatful that I got to know u for 17 years...we always find our selfs being in jail or the streets!..I can't beleive your gone baby boy!..I will always remember you,and may u rest in peace cisko...

R.I.P CISKO The one thing I always told u I didn’t want 2 hear happened. MAY 28, 2011 AT 8:28 A.M. I was woken by my boyfriend... He didn’t know how 2 break down the bad news 2 me. All I heard come out his mouth was “THEY KILL CISKO" I closed my eyes 4 a minute I opened my eyes n said 2 him "WAT" He just kept saying "CISKO, CISKO IS DEAD" I got up n went 2 the bathroom, where I just fell 2 my knees n broke down in tears… I kept calling n texting u over n over, but u never answered or returned a text. As I kept crying I kept asking "WHY, WHY U TAKE HIM?" Damn cisko I couldn’t n I still can’t believe that Ur gone…. Until ppl started calling me n wat not… Well 4 sure im going 2 miss u n so is my family... I'll Never forget about u, n thank u 4 leaving me n my family with some good memories… One thing I’ll always remember that u would say 2 me is "NO MATTER WHO U WITH OR IM WITH, WE WILL ALWAYS BE FRIENDS, WE GO WAY BACK" Cisko u was once an angel right here on earth but now u will always n forever be an angel in heaven…. Well today is eactly a wk that we buried ur body to rest for ever. U'r always in my thoughts, n im always wondering when will the day come when we will see eachother again. tomorrow is fathers day, n i just wanted to say to u "HAPPY FATHERS DAY CISKO" i know u have a beautiful little girl, man she looks just like u n she also has ur smile. U'r smile n hers is one smile i'll never forget...i was bless the day i first met u 13 yrs ago...

I'm glad I got to spend the last week of your life with you!
We had so much fun! We were on a mission in one week dropping all are beers at Nicolas! Freezing are asses of at the Beach! Getting Kick out of Sams For dancing & having too much fun! LOL
We practically moved in Jeanines pad real quick! Your Iron is still at her Pad! Ahh what about setting the alarm clock at my pad but it never went off we both missed work! we had a good day that day! at the tattoo shop posted, I'll never forget the huge hug you gave me that Friday morning before you left too work! Thanks for calling on your breaks Its those little things that catch a girls eye!
