David Mendoza, a 40-year-old Latino man, was shot and killed Sunday, Nov. 9, in the 9200 block of Columbus Ave. in North Hills, according to the Los Angeles County coroner.
Mendoza was discovered face down in the street after Los Angeles police came to the location to investigate a call that shots had been fired in the area.
