David Rodriguez, a 19-year-old young Latino man, was fatally shot in the 200 block of West 52nd Place in South L.A. about 11:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 8.
According to police, the gunman pulled out a gun during an argument with Rodriguez and another Latino man at a party. Both men were shot and taken to a hospital, where Rodriguez was pronounced dead at 11:53 p.m. The other man was listed in stable condition.
Homicide detectives with LAPD's Newton Division are investigating.
