Dion Franklin, a 35-year-old black man, was shot and killed Wednesday, April 21, at the corner of Figueroa and 228th Streets in Carson, according to Los Angeles County coroner's records.
Franklin was wounded shortly after 11 a.m. and taken to a hospital, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department said.
According to coroner's records, Franklin was pronounced dead at 12:05 p.m.

Dion was family and come from a strong family good background from grandparents to mother and father we love u but god love u more love you and miss u
