Eddy Hernandez, a 30-year-old Latino, was shot and killed Tuesday, Jan. 26, in the 3700 block of Main Street in Historic South-Central, according to Los Angeles County coroner's officials.
Ed Winter, a spokesman for the coroner's office, said Hernandez was shot while he was standing on the street after 10 p.m. Winter said Hernandez was being robbed.
He was pronounced dead at the scene at 10:37 p.m.
