Efrain Olmos, a 39-year-old Latino, was shot several times died on Monday, Aug. 24, in the 9500 block of Bandera Street in Watts, according to Los Angeles County coroner's officials.Ed Winter, a spokesman for the coroner's office, said police found Olmos dead in the driver's seat of his car with the engine running. He was pronounced dead when he was found at the scene at 12:43 a.m.
