Eligah Rhaburn, 25, a black man, was shot while driving near Pinafore Street and Coco Avenue in South Los Angeles at 5:26 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 26. He lost control of the car and crashed into a parked van. Rahburn was taken to a hospital, where he died at 6:19 a.m.
He had a job at Home Depot, and was on his way to work when he was murdered. He was married, and had family back in Belize.
