Isn't your anger a little misplaced? I mean your bother brought his own death apon him. He was out to hurt someone that night. Allow me to give my side of the story. About 10 years ago I was a victim of a crime. The crime was a car jacking. I cooperated during the entire ordeal begging the two male hispanic gang bangers to let me get my kids out of the car. This after being pulled from the car by my hair and at gun point. The finally drove off. About three months later my home was broken into...I knew it was the same two because in the process of taking some stuff they dropped the key chain that the car keys were on. See when they took my car they also took my purse and all my information in it. When they broke into my house my dog was killed beaten to death and my son was also beat up. My son was in the hospital for two months with head injuries. So see Eve in your eyes your brother might have been commiting a victim less crime but in the long run there are no victim less crimes we all pay one way or other. The family of those that commit the crimes pay way less.

People seem 2 believe that when you consider someone a "GANSTER" there complete evil non good criminals. It's hard to beleive how just a single name or a title of something or some one can be judge. Ashamelly enough thats what this world has become 2.

Let me take a moment to grasp that content of your blog...you are smarter then any of us because you can read and form an opionion? Is that you are writing? Well that's just great! I guess you know are the perfect example of I breath therefore I am? Not one of any gang banger has ever gone into a gang and gotten out of a gang with out comiting a crime! Why are you not mad at the gang members that are claiming your brother? It was probably them that put him out there in harms way. If he was unable to make good decisions then they lead him to make bad ones. As family to criminals and gang bangers and such you have to expect a life to come to a violent end. So yes the family does pay for less in the long run. There's no way that you and I will ever agree that the family of a dead gang banger didn't know what he was up to and what it was that he was doing to some innocent person walking down the street or sitting in his/her own home. The good family never questions where he was all night, or where he gets his money or why he always has money on him? Why is that? As for your brother and nephew being upset? Take the time to explain to them the out come of leading a bad life. Tell them the truth of his life and his choices in life that lead to his death. By the way...when I walked in the emergency room of the hospital and had to id my son...and had to go through the agony of his ordeal all because some idiot decided to walk into my home and beat my son...your mother's pain does not compare to that. Her son was out already doing bad things my son was asleep in his home! So you want to talk about agony and compare notes? To this day my son still suffers from the effects of that night. So if you want to compare pain your's wouldn't stand up to mine. Your brother brought about his family's pain my pain on the other hand was brought up by people like your brother!

This "innocent victim" didn't act alone. There was more than one shooter.so let play your version out.You say Eloyn was eyeing "some innocent person walking down the street".scenerio.this "innocent person" is taking a midnight stroll and eloyn starts to rob him.this innocent person magically pulls out a fully loaded gun he just so happens to have on him and unloads on Eloyn but he shots him 12 times.that mean this "innocent man was still able to reload and shoot some more bullets and then FLEES the scene.

I posted something under another blog site but the same holds true for this person. Karma or God stepped in and answered someone else's prayer or cry for justice. None of us leave this life without making amends for past and present criminal activities. Just because this person might not have been doing something criminal at the time he was killed does not make my request for the person that stole me car or the person who wrote on my wall or the person who held a gun to me as he robbed the store I used to work at with a gun less innocent. Karma and God stepped in and evened out the score. I am not saying that it was this person who did anything to me but, some where in this world is someone who asked God and karma to step in and give him justice and God answered those prayers/requests. We don't have control over how we die or when only God does right? So at what point do you not believe that god evened out the score? Not only just to you but for someone who Eloyn hurt? In any manner. What if my chance the wall that was covered every weekend with graffiti was done by Eloyn? And every Sunday I went to church and asked god not only for patience to deal with the graffiti but I also asked for vengeance? What if by some strange way god answered my prayers and well Eloyn is now dead. Does that some how make me evil? OR unworthy of god's love? I didn't put in to place the killing of Eloyn all I did was ask god for vengeance. I think that it's great that we have the ability in this life to take a stance and denounce our past lives. However, as with most things in life karma is going to rear its ugly head when we least expect it and even out the score. God or karma doesn't know the difference between someone saying from this day forward I am a changed man and so god and karma can no longer touch me. No my dear we all breath because a higher being then ourselves allows us to. Do we have the ability to stand up in front of the church and declare that I am a changed man/woman? I am back because YOU are so filled with hate and it is SO miss placed! And you are wrong some where some place someone did ask for justice and thier prayers were answered. God answers all prayers just not in our time in his and he NEVER lets anyone leave this earth without paying for his or her sins. The comfort that me as a crime victim has concluded is that God evens out the score even more by having those like the person posted here die on the streets without the comfort of family and friends around and has them know even if its for the last 20 seconds of thier lives the horror that they caused. Now you may post more anger filled posted and you can get as mad as you would like...but it doesn't change the fact that God answered someone's prayers and a life is gone. For 10 years I have asked God for justice...until I know for sure that the person who hurt me has actually paid for the hurt commited on me I will continue to pray to God for all crime victims and I will continue to ask God to carry out his will of an eye for an eye. Some how I just know that God will contiune to answer my prayers.

No thank you I do not need your private email. This is a public blog...open to all of us. I have no intention of going any where just because you want me to. I have made reports but it is a low level crime and thus I do not want to bother the police with that kind of time consuming issue. Like you I go to church every Sunday and ask God to take care of the problem. He answers my request according to this blog almost every day. As I stated...I will continue to ask God to carry out his will of an eye for an eye at every possible moment for all crime victims. Correction innocent crime victims. I don't have rage just God and his infinite wisdom to know the difference between someone being allowed to pass away peacefully surrounded by loved ones and someone facing the last moments of breathing alone and scared. This is my way of coping. To know that one more crime purputrator died alone and scared on the streets that he so "loved" evens out the score for all victims. Some of us accept that the best justice we will ever get is this: that the last 20 seconds of his/her life was terrifying. To know that brings my peace every night as I lay my head down to sleep! I came to peace with that a long time ago. To know that God would take care of everything in "due" time. And to answer your question Yes I sleep very soundly. I am not going out there and being a vigilante I am sitting at home or where ever asking a being high above to carry out his own form of justice.

SJP...You speak of Karma often so I assume you are a believer in it. I have a question for you. You have described at least 3 bad things that have happened to you and your family in the past few years. Since you brought it up, what skeletons are in your closet to deserve having your a$$ kicked by Karma so often? What evil have you done to deserve this evil??

living in and working in LA. I put myself through school working the night shift at a drug store in South LA. I also worked the night shift while putting myself through school at a drug house in Hollywood. I don't think I have done anything bad...It your bad people that I keep trying to help or tried to help and I ended up putting myself in harms way. It all comes down to percentage points. As for the home stuff...well bad things happen to good people. I don't feel sorry for myself I feel sorry for those that were left once I walked away. Nice point though...too bad it just doesn't cut it in the case. On second thought maybe it was karma that pulled a double on me when I walked away? Oh well I would rather be a stat of chance then someone who tried to help and got it in the end anyway. Also, can't say it was all bad...made a great living out of defending some of these nuts...moved out of the ghetto and moved on up to the high rise in a wonderful city in So Cal. So over all I would say karma you've been very very good to me...thank you. As to those that I have half heartedly defended...may be on my death bed I'll pay? Only karma knows!!! But hell its the last few moments of my life...and the pain pills will make the transition from this life to death more bearable. So thanks karma for letting me vent and double thanks for letting me live a great life the past 15 or 20 years inspite of the few bumps in the road. I wouldn't have missed it for all the non bad at all.

i couldnt sleep for the past couple of days because i feel bad, i need to say sorry to the family, your right i dont know the facts and i started thinking " hey why do all these bad things keep happening to me?" Someone must be out there judging me and i dont like it. syscom3 get a life and stop judging people by information that was probly given by a crooked cop... thats right COP!! @ SJP, I'm really happy to see that you recanted your previous post and apologized to the family of this young man; As I was about to ask you a few soul searching questions!. I don't know you or the victim or his family for that matter. But I do know just a few months back this was my family (getting all the negative comments) reading blogs from ppl abt my nephew... Syscom3 loves to get on here and talk about what he doesn't know!. To the family may you find peace in the lord. No matter what he did in his life only god should judge!.

A few hours have passed since I first read a post that used my initials of SJP...well I wasn't satisfied with just saying to you that the post dated July 10 at 1:33am wasn't me. I needed to come back here and write this too. I have slept very well for the past few days. I have no problems with my past blog entries. Does the person who used my sign-off feel better about posting such a silly blog? Did you think that either Syscom3 or I would get into a writing war? Bad things do NOT keep happing to me...it's just a part of life and to be honest with you...I would say karma has been very very good to me because inspite of the bad things that have happend and the bad things that might happen I am still ALIVE. So I guess all the good I have done in the past served at a stepping stone to keeping me alive, while all the bad stuff Eloyn did in his past has kept him dead. So go on little one keep posting and using my sign off.

It's interesting that gangster families and hommies come on the blog and threaten posters when they are confronted with the truth. But that's what EVIL does when confronted with the truth. It seeks to destroy, tear down and silence. What's that saying? Oh yeah..."The guilty are offended."

Then you have the "Only God judge can judge" crowd. That statement itself IS a judgement. Gangsters JUDGE every day. They size up who they will hurt, maim, kill, destroy, terrorize, control, etc. ALL of their crime is born of judgement.

Birds of a feather.... I am not the parent of a gang member nor are there any in my family, however, I would hope that if I knew my children associated with those types I would do everything in my power to put an end to it. There is no point in screaming and crying after a son is killed if you did nothing to pull him out of the gang while he was still alive. There is no point in hating the world because a thug took out your brother or friend and bloggers don’t share your pain or sense of loss.

The HR is NOT just for grieving families to post their memories. It is for all of us to express our thoughts, our exasperation over the senseless killing of young men and women, and hopefully find remedies to one day render this blog unnecessary. If you really want to do something positive in your loved one’s memory do everything you can to ensure that your little brothers, nephews and cousins (girls too) don't join a gang or associate with them. Do what you can so they won’t too one day become a statistic on the HR.

Don't let your friend or family dress their toddlers in gangster attire with gold chains and a pierced ear. It's not cool or cute and in the long run it could get them kill. Most of all make sure they go to school, do their homework and get good grades. It sounds trite but it can make a big difference in their future and yours too. I think all responsible adults and teens who really want to stop the killings should look out for the kids in their family and neighborhoods. It may be too late to change the older ones, (I hope not), but it's not too late to steer the younger kids onto a positive path and provide them with a good education and a strong support system. Help a child, save our City. Peace.

Why do you find it so offensive that I posted a true statement? Without acts born of judgement we would have no crime.

It requires a judgement to take anothers property, life, future or dignity.

Making choices (good or destructive) requires judgment.

Don't be so surprised when judgement is passed upon criminals/hommies/whatever. It's a response to the judgements criminals/hommies/whatever have made that have been the cause of others pain.
