Evan Ascencio, seven months

Evan Ascencio, a seven-month old Latino, died Tuesday, April 15, after he was taken off life support, according to the Los Angeles County coroner.

Evan had suffered head trauma when a sibling rolled over on top of him when he was about one-month old, according to coroner's records. His death is listed as a homicide, which under the coroner's definition is any death by another's hand.
