Fernando Trujillo, a 28-year-old Latino man, was shot in the neck in a drive-by shooting at 1200 S. Gramercy Place in the Country Club Park area about 9:20 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 2.
Trujillo was taken to a hospital, where he was declared dead at 5:05 a.m. Feb. 3. The shooting was gang-related, said Officer Kate Lopez, a spokeswoman for the LAPD. Detectives with LAPD's Wilshire Division are investigating.
