Francisco Cornelio, a 23-year-old Latino, was shot several times at a car wash in Historic South-Central at 7 p.m. on Sunday, Aug.2, according to the Los Angeles County coroner's office.Craig Harvey, chief coroner's investigator, said Cornelio was at the car wash when a vehicle drove up and someone inside shot at him.
Cornelio was taken to the hospital, where he died at 7:42 p.m., Harvey said.
