Francisco Govea, 22

Francisco Govea, a 22-year-old Latino, died Aug. 30 after he was shot in the 37600 block of Poseidon Drive in Palmdale, according to Los Angeles County coroner's officials.

According to a Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department news release, the incident happened about 1:30 a.m. and four suspects, including the suspected shooter, were arrested later that day.

Pablo Reyes, a 22-year-old Latino, was also shot and killed in the same incident. The suspects were not identified.

[Update at 3:20 p.m. Sept. 21: Los AngelesCounty district attorney's office have charged three men in the deaths of Govea and Reyes.

A fourth man has been charged with accessory to murder.

Prosecutors filed charges Sept. 1 against Jonathan Martinez, an 18-year-old Latino; Jorge Linares, a 20-year-old Latino;and Manuel Garcia, a 20-year-old Latino. The felony complaint filed by the district attorney's office further alleges that the killings were gang related.

The men were arrested Aug.1 by sheriff’s officials from the Palmdale station, according to County Jail records. They are being held without bail.

In addition, Randy Trujillo, a 19-year-old Latino, has been charged as an accessory for allegedly harboring and aiding Martinez after the killing. Trujillo was released from custody on Sept. 3, jail records indicate.]

I am Franks Uncle and i am curious to find out what happen to the guy they released.. Randy Trujillo? It say's he got charged but then its saying he was released. Did he not go to prison too?
