What kind of city is this?Shoot and kill a person in a wheelchair?God bless you Carlos Velasquez.I came across this site from another location and have been reading this for hours. What a sad and depressing place this must be.The savagery is appaling; like something from a war zone.

Fred was my first love, I will never forget him, he never changed even after being in a wheelchair he was still able to make me laugh. He was caught up in gangs which i couldnt handle and it became the end of our relationship, but I still love him, and I hope his daughter is doing ok.
