Frederick Moore, 20, a young black man, was shot at the intersection of Western Avenue and 88th Street in LAPD's 77th Street Area at about 11:44 p.m. Sunday, June 8. Moore was taken by ambulance to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.
