Gilberto Ramos, 33-year-old Latino man, was found shot to death in the 8800 block of Santa Fe Avenue in South Gate shortly after 4 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 15, 2008.
A white or gray compact car, possibly an older Honda, was seen leaving the area and is considered a "suspect vehicle," authorities said.
The Los Angeles County coroner's office said Ramos died sometime Nov. 14 after suffering a gunshot wound to the mouth.
