Ivan Garcia, a 18-year-old Latino, died on Friday, Sept. 11, days after he was shot in the head in the 1200 block of 22nd Street in Historic South-Central, according to Los Angeles County coroner's officials.Garcia was shot on Sept. 8 at about 4:12 p.m. and died three days later in a hospital, said Ed Winter, a spokesman for the coroner's office.
