Jaime Rangel, a 21-year-old male Latino, was found dead in the Rio Hondo River wash beneath Garvey Avenue at Lee Avenue in Rosemead on Thursday, Nov. 13, 2008.
Rangel had suffered multiple "sharp-force" injuries to the upper torso.
