James Hayward, 28

Died June 19, 2009 at 10:32 p.m.

James Hayward, a 28-year-old black man, was shot in the chest and died June 19 in the 1700 block of 117th Street in Willowbrook, according to the Los Angeles County coroner's office.

Hayward was standing on the sidewalk when a car came up and someone fired several shots at him, said Craig Harvey, chief coroner investigator and chief of operations for the coroner's office.

The shooting happened at 10 p.m., and Hayward was pronounced dead at 10:32 p.m., Harvey said.

it was a sad ending to this young mans life. Thanks in part to MARQUIS in apt number 2 (next to LOLA's apartment) and PK (a.k.a VIRGIL) in apt number 11....this guy is no longer with us.. But Like every black person they cover their each others ass.. Oh well what happened isnt exactly how it happened. but Oh Well ..
