Jimmy Tran

Jimmy Tran, an 18-year-old Asian man, was shot in the head at the intersection of Charlotte Avenue and Park Street in Rosemead about 11 p.m. Saturday, March 22.

According to the L.A. County Sheriff's Department, Tran and another man shot at each other from their respective cars. Tran was fatally hit and the other man was critically injured. Paramedics declared Tran dead at the scene. The other man was taken to a hospital, authorities said.
