Joaquin Navarro, a 20-year-old Latino, was shot and killed Wednesday, Oct. 7, in the 14600 block of Blythe Street in Panorama City, according to Los Angeles County coroner's officials.
Navarro was driving down the street when a car pulled up next to him and someone inside fired off several shots, said Ed Winter, a spokesman for the coroner's office.
Navarro was shot about 3:09 p.m. and taken to a hospital where he died at 3:39 p.m, Winter said.

Any one with about my Angel JOAQUIN NAVARRO, 20 year old, MURDER by 2 man from Blythe Gang at 14701 Blythe St, Panorama City, CA on Octuber 07,2010 at 3:00PM, was two killer one is in custody , other is still out.

I don't know the victim or his family. I do know that anyone with information about this murder should contact the police. If you know something and do NOT go to the police, the next victim is on YOUR head. Only when communities stand up to honor the victims by helping the police put the perpetrators in prison can this type of violence stop. Some of you may die by giving information. You must understand, though, that you are in a war for your children's lives, and too many of your young men and women are already being killed on the streets of LA. Your communities need to change your expectations of your youth, too. Our society provides ample opportunities for youth who do not want to live the gang life style. Parents need to see that the children participate. It can be done. I've done it myself. In my opinion, if they are in gangs, the police should just let them kill each other off. However, the innocents killed should be avenged through reporting any and all information known about the perpetrators to the police and follow through by attending hearings, etc. When gang members know they are being watched by the community, their bravado vanishes. They know there are more of you than there are of them. Many grown men can make gang members become whimpering little boys if you have the courage to confront them.

I'm agree to put all bastardos"Gang" in prision for life and perpetrators.because our childrens is in danger and bad inviroment.
I hope the police stop and put Gan Member in jail.. or move them to out the city. and the system has to stop, give money, food,doctor"medical" house to this Family gan member.

In the area of Panorama city is the area so danger for our childrens who is not a gang member family, because most children who assisten any school in panorama city 90% they come from generation gang member. Because peoples who live where Joaquin get kill all family from that street Blythe they are Gung member, those Family not work, they live from the system. Police has to check 100% that street because is big mafia, the system know. please sent aout from out city those (KNOCLEHEAD). I hope the system understand, we pay taxes and work hard to save our kind and those(KNOCLEHEAD)have 24 hour to comiment crime.
