There was no lady there!!! There were three guys there, they got into a conflict tried to jump the 3 people in the car, there was a struggle while jose tried to pull someone out the car the gun went off and Jose was shot. The two friends then ran to the girlfriends/wife house to tell her and she ran to the scene then called the police and she lied to the police that she was there!!

This sounds so much like a gang shooting. I wouldnt doubt that both the deceased and individuals in the car all were gangsters.

Why was your brother fitting a minor ? A adult needs to act like one or he will run in to trouble that's why things that are not supposed to happen happen.

I was.@Almatt Alcantar Lets just say hypothetically Jose had grabbed the gun from the person in the back seat and things would have been completely different. 36 year old man attacking a 17 year old boy.

My question to Mike and Jen is, Where are you guys getting info that states a minor at the age of 17. In order to even consider your "theories" being creditable we need to know where that info is posted.

My little brother is the suspect that's how I know the truth. My little brother would never do something like this unless his life was in grave danger. Why the Hell Would three grown me be trying to attack a 17 year old boy. My little brother is not in a gang so this was not gang related at all. Jose Tried to drag my brother out the back seat of the car my brother reached for the drivers shotgun under the drivers seat and shot Jose. The two other men got back in the car and fled."Good Friends Right" And now My brother is going to lose his life to prison because of this. My brother don't even live over there he was vising our aunt and uncle. I could honestly say that if i was in the same situation I would have done the same.

@Mike

So it was self defense? Maybe he didn't mean to hurt him but the gun just went off? I really hope the truth comes out. Your brother must have been really scared. If he was getting pulled out of the car, he had to do something. I am praying for a peaceful resolution. So sorry for the victim and your brother. A tragic event.

This whole I know what happend based on words from parties that were not there is well words escape me. To think that anyone can give testimony on any issue when the party was not present is just silly. There is no reason to pick up a shot gun, not a hand gun but a big ol' shot gun and use it on someone. If this young 17 year old was so worried and scared from his life what was he doing in the car with men so much older then him? That has to be the weakest reason to kill someone that I have ever read...the defese is I didn't want to be pulled out of the car to I took a shot gun from under the seat and used it on him? Really? If the person doing the pulling out of the car wanted to kill the person being pulled out of the car why didn't he use the shot gun instead?

None of this makes sense. Who drives around with a loaded shot gun under their seat unless they are looking for trouble..??

They went looking and apparently they found what they were looking for....

There is too many questions; how can you reach down under the seat and pull it out while you're being pulled from the car? How do you get pulled from a car unless you rolled down the window to talk some smack? Where were the other guys while this was happening? Just sitting there?

And worst of all. How did he even know the shotgun was there? If you connect the dots with true bias, Ceace is right. It looks like they rolled up on this dude looking for some trouble. "too many questions" calls it right also. Was Jose trying to kill this kid? It doesn't sound like it or we wouldn't be posting here. It would be on a 17 year old's HR Blog.

Unless they found a gun on Jose, the self defense plea isn't going to hold water. This is just a tragic situation that ended bad, but could have ended much worse.
