Jose Rodriguez, a 19-year-old Latino, was stabbed to death in the 2800 block of Firestone Boulevard in South Gate on Saturday, Nov. 15, 2008.
Sheriff's homicide detectives and South Gate police officers investigated the stabbing, which was discovered about 10 p.m.
Rodriguez was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead. At the time of Rodriguez's death, coroner's officials said they were attempting to contact his parents in Mexico.
