 Jose Sanchez, a 19-year-old Latino, was shot and killed Thursday, April 1, in the 500 block of Clarence Street in Boyle Heights, according to Los Angeles County coroner's records.

Sanchez was dropped off at his girlfriend's house about  8 p.m. when he was confronted by a possible rival gang member and shot, said Ed Winter, a spokesman for the coroner's office.

 Sanchez was pronounced dead at the scene at 8:13 p.m., Winter said.

This sucks, this dude was only 19 and these guys in the gangs have to know that they're just shooting each other for dumb reasons. I mean you shoot, you kill and it's over there's nothing more for you after that, that's how quick you ended it. You've ended an existence forever.

Justice, being in a gang is irrational. Killing people is in itself irrational. Killing people because they are in a rival gang is irrationality brought to even higher levels.

But what do you expect from sociopaths?

Hard to tell who was involved because this area is infested by The Mob Crew, Cuatro Flats, Primera Flats, East LA Dukes and Clarence St Lokos
