Seriously,at 19 I was barely getting my life together and my future planned out,it's sad how this guy didn't even get the chance to rethink about his situation and renew himself to find the way out.I'm sure glad I got my 2nd chance and now 21 yrs old and think a lot different than 2 yrs ago.He was barely coming of age and now his life has been taken in the blink of an eye,so sad but thats the sad reality L.A is.May the Lord bless the family in these trying times, and may the Lord have mercy on all our souls~Keep the Faith~

Sometimes the family deals with the sad decisions that we make. Nobody can say what will happen tomorrow, but sadly all we can do is learn, but nobody ever learns.

I attended school with Juan's older brother and cousins and they are a wonderful family. My prayers are with them and with Juan. We are not meant to understand why God does certain things but we can always be sure that he loves us and he never forgets us. May Juan rest in peace. God Bless, in Jesus name.

I knew Juan. I worked with him. He was not gang affiliated. He was a happy person that loved his friends and family. We will always remember you.

i just want to say that i dont beleive that Juan aka tears was affiliated with any type of gang in that way, if any body really knew him they would know what a smart, nice, funny person he was. Well, thats what i remember about him... He moved away from Texas about 2 years ago and know looking back, we all wish that we couldve convinced him and their family to stay. He had alot of friends here. (true, good friends!!) and he will never be forgotten, i just cant beleive he is gone soo soon! Nobody deserves to die that way!!! I really hope that the LAPD or whatever detective is involved in this investigation does their job right and finds whoever is responsible for this!!!! my thoughts and prayers are with his family, descansa en paz..
*Anybody wo is concerned about this such as my self would like to know about any updates going on with this invstigation!!!!!!!!!1

it been a year that he is no longer here, we all miss you alot,it feels like if it was just yesterday when he left our side now our lifes have changed alot with out him nothing is the same, is just incredible how they havent found that cold blooded allien who took his life away in such an early age and with many dreams he had ahead of him, took the life of an inocent person who had nothing to do with gangs, im still hoping that there is justice here and as well up there, miss you so much, always and forever will love you,,,<3

This is why people take the law into there own hands. L.A. times reports that detective Martinez is handeling the case. But really you can say she never did anything. Not one clue not one lead.not one phone call to the family to even try to investigate. Please if anybody knows anything please contact us. At biggfern85 at Yahoo I promise everything will be confidential.please help us bring closure to our family if you know anything ...any little piece of information helps...
