Victim # 2 needs to cooperate and provide information to catch this killer and get him/them off our streets. Do the right thing, SPEAK UP and TELL the TRUTH. Silence protects the person(s) who murdered his friend and almost murdered him. What is wrong with people today? From the murderers to the people who protect them with their silence!?! If you have information about a homicide and do not tell then you are an accessory to the homicide in MHO.

Justin is my son. He was a sweet, loving, very kindhearted young man who loved and was loved by many family and friends. He was a true free spirit who wouldn't have hurt anyone for any reason. For this monster to have taken my son away from me is unfathonable. Please remember Justin. He did not deserve to go this way or this young. All he was doing was drawing on a pad on a table when this monster took him away from us, his friends and his life.

I remember all the times I hung out with justin. He was a bit of a trouble maker and had no respect for authority. I believe in justice but also, a small piece of me believes that he was into something bad, which goes to prove that bad things happen when u let yourself go down the wrong path. Classic movies have been written about such stories. Do not misread my statement. I am sorry that he is gone, and I wish only positivity for his situation
