Kevin Harding, a 23-year-old black man, was shot and killed in a drive-by attack while standing outside a 99-Cent Store in the 4200 block of Montclair Streeet at 10:25 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 2.
Harding was shot multiple times by an unknown gunman in a white, mid-sized car. After he was wounded, he ran back inside the store, fell to the ground and died.

I went to school with Kevin and his brother I cant believe this happened. I am very sad to hear about this we were friends I am still in shock to this day. RIP KEVIN
