Manual Moreno, 26

Manual Moreno, 26, a Latino man, was shot through the head at 370 E. Navilla Place in Covina. His time of death was listed as 11:45 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 10.

According to Sgt. Trevor Gaumer of the Covina Police Department, a neighbor found Moreno kneeling and slumped over at the front corner of his apartment building. The neighbor called police, who discovered that Moreno had been shot. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Noise, and a loud pop, had been heard in the area about an hour before. Moreno was a graphic designer, and single.
