Marcus Lemons, 31 [Updated]

Marcus Lemons, a 31-year-old black man, was shot by his wife, a CHP officer, on Saturday, Feb. 21, 2009, in the 400 block of Amantha Avenue in Compton.

The name of the officer has not been released by authorities, but the shooting is being investigated as a domestic violence incident, authorities said.

Lemons was in a car with his wife when she allegedly shot him.
