What's the point of the investigation if the responsible cop/s is not going to be held accountable? Syscom3, a lot of your tax money goes to these type of investigations that don't go anywhere.

Syscom3, your mind is already set and you are going side with the cops regardless of the fact. So why do you even bother to ask mariquita for her side of the story.

Jag, you as a reader of this blog for quite some time; you know just as well as I that many times a story is concocted by someone who wasn't present at the scene of the crime.

If — MARIQUITA was an eye witness, then lets hear her story. If not, then call her story for what it is.

"A Picture Of You"
by Deborah Robinson

I only have a picture now,
A frozen piece of time,
To remind me of how it was,
When you were here, and mine.

I see your smiling eyes,
Each morning when I wake,
I talk to you, and place a kiss,
Upon your lovely face.

How much I miss you being here,
I really can not say,
The ache is deep inside my heart,
And never goes away.

I hear it mentioned often,
That time will heal the pain,
But if I'm being honest,
I hope it will remain.

I need to feel you constantly,
To get me through the day,
I loved you so very much,
Why did you go away?

The angels came and took you,
That really wasn't fair,
They took my one and only Son,
My future life. My heir.

If only they had asked me,
If I would take your place,
I would have done so willingly,
Leaving you this world to grace.

You should have had so many years,
To watch your life unfold,
And in the mist of this,
Watch me, your Mum grow old!

I hope your watching from above,
At the daily tasks I do,
And let there be no doubt at all,
I really do love you.

Ahhhhh..how sweet, a poem at a time like this.Where's the rage. Either this guy Aguilar was some punk who just had no respect for the law or this Sheriff deputy was a bad thug cop.Which ever way one looks at it, a poem is not appropriate. How about some outrage!!!

What does it matter the time he was out? He is an adult and can be out at any time he pleases. As for being armed, where does it say so?

Thought of u today but that's nothing new! I thought of you yesterday and days before that too. I think of you in silence I often speak your name. All I have is memories and a picture in a frame your memory is my keepsake. God has you in his arms, I have you in my heart! I miss you my lovely brother! You'll always be in our hearts! Gone are the days we used to share,
But in our hearts you are always there,
The gates of memory will never close,
We miss you more than anyone knows,
With tender love and deep regret,
We who love you will never forget.
We love you Martincito!
