Michael Anthony De La Torre, 19, a Latino man, was shot in the 100 block of Figueroa Drive in Altadena about 1 a.m. Saturday, June 28.
De La Torre was taken by ambulance to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead. L.A. County Sheriff's Homicide Bureau Dets. Harris and Martinez are investigating the incident.
